About our hosts

Tristan is the Chief Product Officer and one of the Co-Founders at Lyssna. Over the years, Tristan has worn just about every hat you can imagine, from a full stack software developer, designer, COO, to a customer support agent, which means he has a hands-on understanding of Lyssna and their customers. He is passionate about building products that solve meaningful problems, create enjoyable user experiences, and are adopted by teams worldwide.

Cal is a Senior Product Manager at Lyssna, working across Panel and Research, which means he spends his time on both halves of User Interviews: finding the right people to talk to, and building the tools to run it well. His econometrics background made him suspicious of easy answers, which turns out to be useful for research. He's focused on where AI is taking research and on building tools that make good research faster to run and easier to trust
