This template is for:
Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Streamline your checkout process to cater to the specific requirements of your target audience, boost conversion rates, and effectively reach your goals.
This template is designed for Task flow prototype testing. This type of test involves instructing participants to complete a task while navigating your prototype. When building a task flow, you'll select a goal screen – this is the screen that participants will need to reach to complete the task, for example completing a purchase.
You can also specify whether to display a success screen to each participant when they complete the task. If the success screen is enabled, we'll display a message when the goal screen is reached. If it's not enabled, we'll immediately display any follow-up questions instead.
Use this template to uncover and address potential bottlenecks or complexities within your checkout process that could lead to lost sales and customer dissatisfaction.

“It wasn’t a big sell to move to Lyssna's paid account due to the speed at which you can put together a test, quickly get feedback, and recruit good participants. It just makes monetary sense. It's so cheap and the feedback is valuable.”
